ORDER TURN-AROUND TIME: Most of our barcode products are automatically emailed immediately. Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received it, and then contact us (because our emails are automated, they sometimes get blocked by spam filters, mainly if you use a Hotmail email address). If you ordered an EAN-13 or UPC-A barcode number or package, it will be delivered immediately. ISBN barcodes, EAN/UPC barcode images, and ITF-14 Carton Codes are delivered immediately. Our other products need to be manually created before we send them. Therefore, the turnaround time for those products is 24-48 hours during business days. Please check your junk folder and contact us if you don’t receive your product within 48 hours.
